Have to say, the showers are better than many 4 star hotels (stayed in many, when working on the road for years). I would have thought i had died & gone to heaven, to a shower like yours.( John did nothing but moan every time he got back from the showers in Cornwall. Steve,thank you, for the wood to hold the caravan steady, when a leg gave way, when other one went a couple of days later.( the wood was god send.) What with the jocky wheel being stolen, two front steadies & a blow out on way home. ( tracking out, so 2 new tyres) plus brake pads & discs, its been a bit painful on the plastic. Louise and Steve are great people and deserve the success that they strive for, they work hard at their jobs and the campsite is a credit to them both. We will be back next year. Frank Anne Topham Hello Louise and family. We stayed for 2 weeks in July. The children had great fun in the water fountains and looking around the farm. The site is safe enough for the children to go and play by themselves, giving parents chance to have a cup of tea! The showers were hot and clean. If you had any problems they were dealt with very quickly. We were so happy,relaxed and 2 children who didn't want to go home, that we are going back in 2008 for another 2 weeks. When our children were small & we only had an ordinary tent and were basically sleeping on the floor i thought it had put me off camping for life but since we have recently bought a second hand trailer tent and are now off the ground my confidence in this very popular way of holidaying has been restored completely. Your campsite was idyllic, lovely surroundings, superb top quality shower block/toilets. As our children are now almost grown up and we had ourselves to ourselves for the first time on holiday it was truly relaxing and tranquil - for all of those of you who still have young families there is light at the end of the tunnel. No, on a serious note we could see the children were having great fun in their natural surroundings, no pressure on parents to spend huge amounts of money. For all of those who haven't visited you yet, its a great site ideal for all, the first time we've been able to truly relax with no pressure around us. Lovely pub just down the road to go in the evenings for a superb meal and hospitality, would need to drive down the lane, a bit far to walk. You have fantastic( and clean) facilities, a great space for the children to play around, and is so peaceful and relaxing. In just the right area to do the tourist attractions too. On a happier note, we thought our stay with you was the best we have ever had on any site. We feel that the facilities you offer are first class, the shower block is always clean and "fresh smelling." The showers can be descibed as LUXURY, and so spacious, nice to have the space to change in comfort. The space on each pitch is wonderful, plenty of space to spread out. Nice not to feel like a battery chicken ! WELL DONE GUYS, YOU HAVE GOT IT SPOT ON ! Our only disappointment was that we never heard you sing Louise !!!!!!!!!!!! Well maybe next time eh ? See you soon, Shona & Tim Grant, & Children Hi Louise We would like to thank you for your kind hospitality during our 3 night stay at south breazle, we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and high quality services you provide there. we hope to be coming back to stay in the near future and will make use of your easy to book web site facility. bye for now heather and andrew I came across the South Breazle website while looking for a place to spend the night on 1st March 2007, as I had business in Okehampton the next morning, and didn't fancy driving there and back from London in a day. The online booking is a definite bonus, and very simple to do, which is why I booked this site, and not some of the others. The directions in the confirmation email were perfect - and the site was well signposted and easy to find, even in the dark, despite being well off the beaten track. Each of the pitches was lit with a solar lamp, and all I had to do on arrival was hook up to the mains, and make myself comfortable for the night - who needs hotels when you have a VW camper!! Next morning dawned frosty and bright, and what a view! The shower block and shop are well equipped, and the staff/owners friendly and helpful. Only a couple of other caravans had ventured out this early in the season, so I saw the site at probably its quietest, but I can't imagine it getting too noisy here even in August! Hard standing pitches are definitely a bonus, and if you are coming from Bratton Clovelly ignore your sat nav when it says you are there - it's another half mile down the road! Hi just to say that our first camping holiday at the end of October was wonderful.  You made us feel very welcome and that the  high standards you have benefit many more campers.  Hope to visit you again soon when you have your animals for the children to see. Hello Just wanted to send an email to say how much we enjoyed our short  stay at your campsite.  We stayed just 2 nights but wished so much we could have stayed longer!  I have to say that we were thoroughly impressed with the campsite and especially the toilet and shower  facilities.  Very well thought out!   My husband said that the  chemical disposal point was again very  good.  All in all, we had a lovely time and we thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of the site (we realise we came at the end of the peak season) and our children loved walking around by the hedges and enjoying the nature side of things....kept them quiet too!! If you ever have a Comments section on your website, we would be more  than happy to say how pleased we were with the campsite.  Also love your website and the fact that you can book online, check availability and book your own pitch.  Wonderful!  We will DEFINITELY be back next year.
